Floors 2 go = Waste of time

Had laminate flooring fitted at the end of April.
The second week in July, we noticed to boards were lifting in places.

5 MONTHS later, and they can't even turn up on time to replace the flooring.

We've had a 5 month battle trying to sort this out, going round in circles...the fitter saying "It's the poor quality flooring", the store saying "the fitter didn't fit it correctly"(their shop approved fitter!!)
Eventually the store admit that style floor has been discontinued as there had been problems.
They then say we can have it replaced like for like. The only colour they had that was the same was more expensive, so we paid the extra £70ish and were told they will it order it in and it'll be in within 2weeks......3 1/2 weeks later its in store, then they can't fit for a further 2 weeks.

Supposed to be here at 9am today, 1hr later and they're still at the store picking the flooring up....apparently.

Avoid this store!

Be grateful, despite having bought laminate flooring with a guarantee, when we tried to invoke said guarantee, we found out that as they'd gone through administration, we could basically go whistle.

And it just gets better!!
My original order was for 4 boxes, so you would think they would send 4 boxes for replacement....oh no!! They have sent 3!
So there isn't enough!
