Hmmm, well my email was from the general manager (Kenneth Hill), which had his number as 0118 9595 801 - is that what you called?
The address is <reading@latasca.co.uk> if you want to email - he was very prompt at responding

Went to the Bury St Edmunds branch of La Tasca last night, and had the Tapas for a Tenner:j
The food was hot, delicious and the service was lovely. We were offered more tapas each time we'd finished, and beleive me the way my DP can eat we had our money's worth. We also had our 4 year old daughter with us, and they didn't charge us for her! Even though she ate garlic bread and two tapas of mixed seafood (bless her she thinks she's a penguin). All in all for 2 adults and a child with a jug of sangria and two cokes it came to £40.00.
Been to this branch before and had a very dissapointing time, as mentioned before the food was luke warm etc. On that occasion we chose from the full menu, and the bill was horrendous. However I did complain (nicely of course) and had a large chunk knocked off the bill.
Maybe they took note here, and upped the ante, because I couldn't of found anything to complain about this time.
The times at the moment for the deal in this restaurant are sunday to thursday all day! However from the start of may it will be sunday from 6pm and all day monday and tuesday.

I get the impression that it comes down to whether or not your local branch is fully participating? What struck me about the deal was that Tapas can be an expensive night, but this puts paid to that.
It's a chain, so of course they prepare the dishes in a "cook chill" method. You expect that the minute you walk through the doors of all these type of establishments.
If your planning to pop in for an hour, it's not such a good deal. But if you take your time, it's a good deal.0 -

really gutted myself and better half love eating their. But on phoning our local one (Bluewater) they are not offering the deal! Probably think they have enough passing trade!!!0

Was in the La Tasca at Victoria (Cardinal Place) yesterday evening and they are not participating in this deal. They said the Covent Garden one is.
Anyway, still ate there. Food arrived super quick but was not of an impressive quality. Service was good, bless the staff.
I prefer Goya in Pimlico. The food there is much better in terms of variety and quality.0 -
