Sorry if already posted but looks like another PPC feature in this weeks 'watchdog' page of auto express about how Premier Park is trying to charge someone £150 for driving into a car park and exiting straight away on seeing it was private.
Good quote that charges from private companies can only be enforced in court.
Looks like the pages are uploaded on Wednesday after the current issue goes out.
Poor premier park, shedding more light on the fake tickets.
