Terms: 1. This draw is open to UK residents only excluding employees or agents of the Daily Mail, Paramount Pictures or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and their immediate families. 2. No purchase necessary. 3. Closing date for entries is midday on Friday November 30, 2012. 4. The prize is two tickets to the World Premiere screening of Jack Reacher at a central London location on December 10th 2012, one night’s hotel accommodation in a minimum 3* hotel and travel contribution to the value of £150 and a meet and greet with the talent available. 5. Prize winners must allow 14 days from notification for transfer of travel contribution. Travel allowance will be administered either in the form of a cheque or bank transfer. If bank transfer prize winners bank details will be required. 6. The first prize winner will be notified on Friday November 30 to check their availability and if they cannot attend or cannot be reached within 24 hours another name will be drawn. Paramount pictures are under no obligation to pick a second replacement winner. 7. Winners will be notified via email or telephone. The sending of an email to the email address registered by the winner will be sufficient notification for this purpose and the Promoter will not be responsible for any failure by a winner to receive that email. Please note it is essential that you provide the correct email address, otherwise we may not be able to contact the winner for this prize draw and therefore the entry will be considered null and void. 8. At least one of the attendees must be over 18 yrs and both attendees must comply with the certification restrictions of the film. 9. The Promoter will make every effort to deliver the very best experience at the meet and greet and event, although some circumstances are beyond the control of the distributor e.g. non-attendance of celebrity talent/cast/crew, time talent spends with the winner etc. The Promoter will be not held liable for this. 10. During the meet and greet there will be no guarantee of a photographs throughout the experience or with the talent. If an opportunity arises for a photograph with talent, this will be taken in groups and the winner will not be permitted to use their own camera. Autograph signings are at the sole discretion of the talent and their publicists and this element is in no way guaranteed. 11. The Promoter cannot be held responsible in the event of a third party cancelling any event related to the prize. The Promoter is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrant (and/or guests) that is caused by any circumstance beyond its reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party. 12. Paramount Pictures cannot be held responsible if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond their control. In this event the winner will receive tickets to another Paramount Pictures film premiere, of which date, time and location will be specified by Paramount Pictures. 13. These prizes are non-transferable, non-fundable and there is no cash alternative. Prizes cannot be sold on to a 3rd party. In the unlikely event this prize should become unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute for a prize of equal or greater value. 14. Recording equipment may be taken off you and put into safe possession whilst you are in the screening room. 15. A credit card will be required at hotel check in to act as a guarantee. 16. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes all other costs including but not limited to any additional accommodation, travel/transportation costs including but not limited to car hire, UK transfers, ground transportation, parking costs, any inoculation and/or vaccination costs, hotel supplementary charges, excursions, water sports, spa treatments, telephone calls, room service, mini-bar goods, alcohol, programmes, souvenirs, incidental costs, taxes and any insurance, including but not limited to travel and medical insurance, unless otherwise stated. 17.
