What does this email mean from ebay?

Thank you for being a valued seller on eBay. As you know, Feedback is an essential part of what makes eBay a successful marketplace. We know that Feedback left by buyers for you is important to your reputation. This is why we will remove Feedback left for you when we know a buyer did not adhere to eBay policies. We wanted you to know that in the last 1 month, we took the following action to benefit your seller performance record:
•Removed 1 buyer protection cases Note that these removals were the result of patterns identified by eBay's detection systems and/or cumulative reports from you and other sellers. They may be related to transactions that occurred any time over the past several months.
Obviously its self explanatory but does it mean it removed it from the DSR's? I have 1 neg and its still there so its not that! :undecided

Yes it means they have removed a DSR that they felt unfair.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Basically either you or another seller have reported one of your buyers & eBay have looked into their feedback history & removed anything that is deemed non-positive0
