I'm thinking of renting a place that is in really bad shape and working at it till the place is perfect for me but i would buy but do not have 10% of a price of a house as of yet would i be able to come to an arrangment as renting a place while basically making it grogous and saving up to buy the house. Welcome!
Landlord should not let anywhere that is not legally habitable and does not have basic services. Are you talking decorating or kitchen/ bathroom/ electrics/ heating need doing? If you increased the value of the property what is to stop the landlord evicting you and selling to someone at a higher price? Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
To clarify, are you looking to rent a property in bad condition, fix it up and then buy it from the landlord?
If yes, then no, don't do it. Do not put money into fixing up a house you don't own.0 -
Don't invest your cash and your energy in tarting up someone else's property0
