1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the competition.
2. No purchase necessary to enter. To participate in the promotion, entrants must visit the ‘Christmas Moments’ tab on the Clothing at Tesco Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/Clothingattesco) and follow the instructions. Standard broadband rates apply.
3. The promotion opens at 14:00 GMT on Tuesday 4th December 2012 and closes at 11:59 GMT on Sunday 16th December 2012.
4. The promotion consists of three stages.
a) Stage one - To enter stage one, fans must submit their full name and a valid email address into the form on the Facebook application.
b) Stage two – To enter stage two, fans must refer two friends to the application using the unique !!!!!!! link they are given upon completing stage one. Both friends must visit the application using the !!!!!!! link and complete stage one for the referrals to be registered. Referrals that do not use the !!!!!!! link cannot be tracked and will not be counted.
c) Stage three – To enter stage three, fans must refer a further two friends to the application using the unique !!!!!!! link they are given upon completing stage one. Both friends must visit the application using the !!!!!!! link and complete stage one for the referrals to be registered. Referrals that do not use the !!!!!!! link cannot be tracked and will not be counted.
5. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route and accepts no responsibility for non-receipt or late receipt of entries due to technical difficulties. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
6. There will be three prize draws.
a) Prize draw one - All entrants who complete stage one will be entered into the first prize draw, with ten winners picked at random from all eligible entrants by way of a random number generator.
b) Prize draw two – All entrants who complete stage two will be entered into the second prize draw, with five winners picked at random from all eligible entrants by way of a random number generator.
c) Prize draw three - All entrants who complete stage three will be entered into the third prize draw, with one winner picked at random from all eligible entrants by way of a random number generator.
7. All winners will be contacted using the email address provided within 7 days from the closing date of the promotion. If any winners cannot be contacted with 2 working days from the time that email notification is sent, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize). The winners will be announced on the Clothing at Tesco Facebook page and Lifestyled Blog within 21 days of the closing date of the promotion.
8. The prizes consist of the following:
a) Prize draw one - £100 Clothing at Tesco voucher code to spend online at http://www.tesco.com/clothing. Terms apply, see website for details. There are ten prizes in total.
b) Prize draw two – Samsung Galaxy tablet (10.1”) PLEASE CONFIRM SPECS. There are five prizes in total.
c) Prize draw three - family holiday to Euro Disney. PLEASE CONFIRM SPECS. There is one prize in total.
All prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
9. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable.
10. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
11. Winners will be required to participate in all required publicity, including having their names and entries published on the Clothing at Tesco Facebook page and ‘Lifestyled’ blog.
12. By taking part in the competition, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the Official Rules and agreed to be bound by them.
13. Copyright in all material submitted as entries rests with Tesco.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend the promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to the entrant.
