I have just downloaded my car insurance documents from Axa (One Call Insurance) and find that not only have I been charged over what my premium was suppose to be ( quoted £224 Premium) on document says £235 and theres an IPT? amount of £14.11. I only authorised £224 to be taken and the total says £249.31. Also have just noticed that I have no no-claims protection, which was the main reason I was took their quote was to have no claims protection.
