Unclaimed Paypal Payment

Hi all, I sniped an item and won it for 99p. I then preceded to pay and instead of a "£" got an eggtimer icon (payment being processed). I checked my paypal account and the payment was there but "unclaimed", on opening the payment details it said by the email address that it was "unregistered". I have messaged the seller but as yet, no reply. Looking at the feedback s/he has sold items recently. I'm now unsure what to do, do I cancel the transaction and try again, I can't really do much until I have a reply from the seller 
I must remember that "Money Saving" is not buying heavily discounted items that I do not need. :hello:

It may be that their paypal account is no longer active which means they don't receive the payment I would cancel it.0

I'v had this a few times normally the seller has mis typed there PayPal email addy in the listing.:D check on PayPal the email addy you sent the payment to, copy and paste it to the seller and ask them to confirm its the right one, then go from there ;-)0
