Praise for DPD

Delivery companies get such a bad time on here, I really must give praise where it's due.

Was expecting parcel from Amazon to be delivered today by DPD. Opened up e-mail this morning to find e-mail from DPD yesterday evening to say that parcel would be delivered today between 1427 and 1527 and giving me the option to change the date or redirect to a neighbour if I would not be in.

Later this morning another e-mail arrived from DPD repeating the delivery options and time and even giving me the driver's name.

Parcel turned up at 1426 today. Very impressed.

Excellent, I do like that facility where you can send a text to change a delivery!

They seem to get a lot of compliments on here. Makes a change from Yodel & Hermes horror stories

I would second that, I have had 2 deliveries from them this week, all on time with texts giving me a 1 hr time slot... great service!

Some good reviews here and there but there are better couriers out there (they are part of Geopost along with the awful Interlink Express!)
