Help needed plz to download digital pics

I have bought a Dell computer with XP but find that I cannot now download digital pics from my Digital Dream 2800 camera. This was part of the package I got with my old computer running Windows 98 SE. The camera driver was on a floppy and I don't have a floppy drive on the new computer.
I have got as far as installing with Wizard but it is now telling me that DMStream.sys on Dual Mode camera disk is needed and I haven't got access to it on CD so I'm basically up the creek without a padle now :-((
Can any kind person point me in the right direction to find this missing bit please?
