Hi All
Quick Q to see if its worth me continuing down a road ive been travelling on and off since 2008.
Long Story Short - £200 Overdraft with lloyds led to charges of over £1000. They have been chasing since 2009/ 2010 - My argument towards them was always that lloyds owed me in excess of £6000 in unfair charges dating back to 2002 onwards and that a good percentage of the charges they had added to the overdraft were unfair so take it to court and ill counter sue for the charges.
Then the OFT lost the case and it seemed to be the end of the road for the above argument.
Anyway, heard nothing from them for a while but recently they have started knocking again wanting the overdraft charges paying.
So, do i have a case for unfair charges ? is it an avenue worth going down or should i just come to some arrangement to get it paid
[/LIST] to get it all paid ?

No. There is no such thing as unfair bank charges since the banks won.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
