When you go to set up an email account in Outlook Express, it will ask you for your username and email server details.
You use the details given in Browntoa's second link. His first link contained full instructions for setting up Outlook Express specifically.
That said, I really don't recommend using Outlook Express. Even Microsoft don't support it any more as they replaced it with Windows Live Mail* which is basically the same thing only a bit prettier looking and with fewer security holes.
*Not to be confused with Windows Live which is Microsoft's online account service that includes free webmail.0 -
What OS are you using? OE comes pre-installed with XP only. If you are running Vista or W7, then you need to use Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail respectively. OE won't run on Vista or W7.
Or (better) use a third party email program such as Thunderbird.
All are free downloads.
You appear to have simply signed up for the Windows webmail service. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
