motability cars

I have a motoability car, it is due to go back in the next few weeks for me to pick up my new car :j

What about the fuel, i was told my car might not be ready until mid December, so last week topped up the car with fuel, and now will be returning the car with at least half a tank in it?

what do others do?

As handed in motability cars go either to an auction or have already got a buyer then the least amount of fuel you leave in it the better! :D

It's not like hire cars where you have to leave approx. the same amount of fuel in the tank as when you picked it up!

That's exactly what you should do, after all you paid for the fuel.

Probably they would leave it in the car and just accept the new car.
Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.
