Buy washing machine now or wait?

Options
At the moment I'm looking at getting appliances for my new house, a washing machine being one. The thing is I don't move in until the 14th December and I'm weighing up whether to buy a washing machine now or wait until January sales. I'm looking at buying an LG F1480QDS (as it appears to be the little version of the Which best buy) and as it's a fairly new model I wondered if I'm really going to see much in the way of savings in the sales? Is it worth the pain of not being able to wash stuff at home (we're more then a good few miles from the nearest washing place) or should I just bite the bullet and order it now?

Thanks in advance

Washing machines are a doddle to fit, and move around (as long as you/your partner/friend don't mind 10mins of heaving around).

I think the real question is, do you want to wait? I don't know how much washing in a launderette costs now (been a long time since my uni days) but I would imagine a proper wash (maybe dry) is knocking on the door of a tenner a time.

We went to Costco for ours, and got a Samsung ecobubble at a few hundered less than retail which I doubt sales would beat at the best of times.

It might just be worth going around a few places, and making it clear you don't mind waiting for a sale, and see what extras you can get, or perhaps some goodies to go with it?
