I've just brought a bag on Ebay and it has arrived today, but I think it might be a fake...
Is there any way I can make sure it definitely is a fake? and where do I stand with returning it?

Google 'how to tell if a ......... Bag is fake.'
You should find a site that can tell you what to look for. If it turns out to be fake then open a SNAD case. You will get your money back....but if you have to return it then you are required to pay for return postage with tracking. Upto the seller if they want to refund the return postage.
You can also report item to eBay

Get in touch with the UK's head office, take a photo (s) and email it/them to them, showing the specifics they need to see (e.g. label). They will be able to confirm its authenticity and will be familiar with and able to spot any fakes.

If they confirm that it's a fake, then you've got written evidence that will get your money back.
