Hi, I am in process of claiming from Halifax. I have now recieved a letter from court saying they are going to defend the claim. Does anyone know what happens now or how long it will be before I get my refund? How do I stop the charges that are in process now? Thank you.
Hi can you tell me what has happened with your claim? I'm in the same boat as you but with Barclays. Barclays were allowed to put in a defence even after the final date given by the court. They have put in a defence and I am being sent an acknowledgement questionaire, which I am meant to send £100 with, I am told it will go to a judge for a decision? Did your claim go the same way?
