How do I check if a website is genuine?

Any website selling products in the UK should have a physical contact address listed by law. There is no address I can find on this website nor any contact page from what I can see just an email address. For that alone I would always avoid.

Also several links don't work, there is a link to a twitter account but it doesn't work and while their facebook page does work some of the postings on it seem rather dubious to me.

Oh, and their Terms page doesn't make any sense at all if you read some of the conditions.

I have been looking up this company as I have an issue. Up until last year, I made successful purchases. Then I didn't receive my order. Sending messages via their customer help link did nothing, then after getting advice, I wrote to the company and heard nothing. Sent another letter, recorded, and just had that returned as unknown.
This company is dubious and would recommend others give it a wide berth.

Have you written to the address (found on their Privacy Policy webpage):

W1H 1DP

Whois shows the registrant of that website as Zynga Technologies with a Hertfordshire address.

Maybe write to them.
