If Atos are telling so many lies should claiments start doing the same ?

I am astounded that Atos can still be doing wca tests with so many reports of their lies in almost every ones assessment, does any one think that if Atos are never going to be removed then claiments have to lie as much to stand a chance to claim ESA and DLA ?

Two wrongs don't make a right.

It is always better for the claimant to tell the absolute truth.

Look at it this way, there are no penalties, fines, prison sentances handed down to ATOS when they blatently lie on the report of a claimants WCA.

However, a Claimaint is open to each of the above if they lie on their claim form or during the WCA.

The best thing to do is tell the truth, covertly record the WCA, and if necessary go to Tribunal to get the award you are entitled to.
[SIZE=-1]To equate judgement and wisdom with occupation is at best . . . insulting.

Lies is a very strong, and often unwarranted word.
    To lie is intentional.

The assessors are required to do a job which the process means major mistakes are likely.

For example, try composing and typing something, or closely reading back over text, while someone is talking.
At best, it will be error prone, and you may miss things the claimant is saying.

Are there deliberate lies from some ATOS assessors - certainly.
Are there vastly more mistakes due to pressure of work, inadequate training, and impossible working conditions - definitely.

The WCA assessment was initially envisioned as lasting far longer than it does in reality.
The rushed nature of todays process means mistakes are almost inevitable, unless the HCP is a skilled typist, good at multitasking, with a deep knowledge of the rules.

This is not however to say those mistakes are excusable.
If they are bad enough to distort the report, then a complaint should be made to ATOS.
If they are so bad that the person is guilty of beyond slight carelessness, then a complaint to their professional body (for example the nursing and midwifery council) is warranted.

If you are concerned about errors, request a recording.
