Big cat & wee cat have been getting on fine for the last few months - they had to be separated due to fighting but when Maisie arrived in May they decided that, actually, the other wasn't so bad and united in absolute horror at the arrival of a dog!
Anyway, they've been getting on OK - odd spat but nothing too bad ....
Maisie has been at my DMs for the past 5+ weeks (I've been in hospital and can't walk her etc) and the last couple of weeks they've been grumping / squabbling more and then today ..... they are trying to kill each other
Switched back to 1 litter tray a couple of weeks ago - it's huge, cleaned out at least twice a day and absolutely no reason why they shouldn't share.
So .... is it the absence of the dog and that they've not got her to "worry" about ....... or the fact I'm back to 1 litter tray.
Got to take big cat for his booster shortly - hard enough to get him in the carrier on a normal day .... let alone when he's all wound up & p'#d off as they've been fighting all morning
