I've put the answer as 'sugar free gel format' as the text reads:
Nelsons New Teetha Teething Gel has all the benefits of the Nelsons Teetha Granules in a handy sugar free gel format.
I read that as meaning it has the properties of granules but comes in the format of gel? If you notice the question below the text says 'What format..?' but the one in the competion box says 'what formats..?' so I can understand the confusion.
I don't know, perhaps I'm misinterpreting it?
