Can anyone give me some idea about prescription prices?
Zara's tablets, ones that she will be taking veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy long term are about £50 at the vets for 28 of them and 71 pence each on AnimedDirect (Onsior 40mg, one per day) so massive difference.
Just wondering what are the current perscription costs?
Will call my vet in the morning but perhaps someone can give me some idea what to expect?
Thanks a lot.

Ours would charge £10 per time.0

Vets can charge a "reasonable" amount, no set figure. Mine used to chareg £6 but that's now gone up to £12. Still saves me more than £12 though as they'll issue 6 months worth of flea treatment at a time. I doubt they'll charge as much as £30 so you should save money that way.0

Thanks, just checked with mine, they charge £9.75 which I think is a reasonable amount if more than a month supply of tablets can be perscribed.0

My London vet was £15 for one item, but £18 for too, so your might do a reduced rate if you need more than 1 item.NOT a NEWBIE!
Was Greenmoneysaver. . .0 -
They said £9.75 for one item and £4.75 for any other item on the perscription.
Only need one though. As all 7k insurance has now been used up... will need to be getting her tablets online as the vets price at almost £50.00 for 28 tablets is not something I can afford really.0 -
