Called them.The lady put blame on me as their system shows only serial number for 1 unit.I told her, its not the case and I'd entered both and their confirmation email doesn't show any details of what I'd entered.
I said I was recording the call and would like to proceed with complaint.
Then she said a supervisor would get back to me.
No signs of it:mad:0
