Samsung galaxy tablet 10.1 cashback help!

Hi , I have just bought a samsung galaxy tab2 10.1 from tesco direct , and want to apply for the samsung cashback offer. Has anyone successfully applied for the cashback promotion and received the cash back? I can't understand their terms and conditions! It's my first time on this forum so don't know how it worksM

Not received it yet but recently went through the process for my Chromebook and due to do it tomorrow for my Tab 2 so happy to help if I can.0 -

I bought it from Argos online and all you get from Argos is the confirmation email of your order but Samsung have told me that's not good enough as a proof of purchase and I need an "invoice" which I should contact Argos for. So annoyed

when i had the same problem with Tesco direct i contacted them and they sent me a full proof of purchase.0 -

You need to wait 15 days to make the claim.

All i did was print screen and save it a .jpg then forward that with my claim(s)0 -
It's in the T&C on the Samsung site that if buying from Tesco Direct then all you need is the confirmation e-mail. I just saved mine as a PDF ready to upload today.0

The time period before claims can be made varies between 15-30 days, mine stated 30 days (Purchased before 24th Oct), I waited until day 31 as the day of purchase counts as day 1 (Step 2 of their claim form). Just received email to say I claimed too early!! Sounds like a cop out to me, just emailed and asked them to do their calculations taking in to account Oct has 31 days !! Here's hoping0

Just asking for some help we have uploaded our invoices and sent them to Samsung cashback offer (tablet bought from Tesco direct) Have never received e-mail from them.
Tried ringing held on for 35 minutes then got the message send us an e-mail detailing your problem.Did so on the 4th January still no reply we will be out of our claim period next week, would you suggest sending it registered to them as well.:mad:0 -
Hi, I had same problem as you. Purchased item from tesco direct on 17/12/12, claimed for £50 cashback online on 02/01/13, uploaded ALL 3 e-mails received from tesco direct...got to step 10 of 10, but didn't receive a claim number or confirmation e-mail! I then sent 3 e-mails over the next 10 days, but received no reply. Yesterday, I re-submitted the claim online...the only changes made were that I changed the serial number from 903 to 9O3 (it wouldn't allow me to use the original serial number), I changed the product number from GT-N8010 to GT-N8010ZWABTU (which is a white samsung galaxy note 10.1) and I uploaded the 3 original e-mails from tesco plus 4 jpegs of the serial number (1 of the serial number on the back of the case, 1 of the number from the box & 2 screenshots of the numbers from the "settings/about device" page). On step 10 of 10 it stated that the claim was successfully submitted & gave me a claim number...I also received a confirmation e-mail! I have checked the claim status online...it is "pending", I hope this helps!0

Well, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note on the 23rd November from Tesco Direct. Sent the claim off after 15 days, got an email saying it was approved for cashback 15 days later. Due to be paid by BACS on 21st Jan 2013, guess what - no payment! No surprise there! Rang them on 22nd Jan - apparently there were some technical issues regarding payment, and I was the first person to call them! They advised me that it would take up to 10 working days - so that's another 2 weeks on top and still not guaranteed that I'll get paid.
Looks like it will be a case of going to Trading Standards and Watchdog!
Another issue is that I have another claim pending - wonder what excuse they'll furnish me with when the time comes to be paid?
I also emailed Samsung with a complaint but no reply from them as yet.0 -
Bought 2 units from John Lewis.Claimed properly and cashback was validated .
But payment received for £50 only, instead of £100:mad:.
Has emailed the helpdesk , but no reply.
Does anyone know how to contact Opita?0
