Penalty Fare not completed correctly - chance of appeal?

Hi,
I've noticed that a lot of people don't have any luck appealing train penalty fares through the supposedly independent, yet clearly biased IPFAS, so instead of wasting trying to win over the affections of employees with rejection quotas to fill, im looking at technicalities.
The notice reads 'all notices must be completed in block capitals' - whereas mine is not, so does this contract still bind, or is it, and the whole fare, now void - or something to that effect.
Any help would be hugely appreciated!

I doubt that a parking forum will be able to help you, its possible someone knows the place to go but in the interim I would suggest a search om google and ConsumerActionGroup.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
