Reclaiming Business Bank charges?

Hi.
I have a Business Bank account with Lloyds TSB. Over the years i have had a few charges and now i would like to try and get some of that money back. I am struggling to find advise on this matter. OFT, FSA and CAB all claim they have nothing to do with banking charges. I have found a template letter on-line but the article is from 2008.
Am i wasting my time or is this worth doing. Please help.
Thanks
Dave

What types of charges and what reasons do you have for thinking you can get them back?OFT, FSA and CAB all claim they have nothing to do with banking charges.
That is correct. Since the banks won the court case on charges, the reclaiming off them is virtually over now.Am i wasting my time

You'll find the latest MSE guide (last update only last year) here:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/bank-charges
The lending code (which is what the financial hardship/personal reasons) ability to claim is all about equally applies to micro-business accounts as it does to personal accounts
