That's the big one! Forgive yourself. By all means learn any lessons you can from this, then forgive yourself, put it behind you, and move on.
Too many people beat themselves up far too often for things they would _instantly_ forgive in others.Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. In my catering days I used to make a version of potato pie that always popular - maybe too garlicky for kids though.
Enough puff pastry to line a deep pie dish and make a lid.
Filling is peeled boiled, thickly sliced potatoes and garlic roule soft cheese- the one that looks like a swiss roll.
Start with a layer of potatoes, then thinly sliced cheese and repeat. Add black pepper. Cover with pastry lid and cook.

I've noticed I've fallen by the wayside recently - I think it's the sunny weather which always makes me feel less inclined to be thrifty, for some reason - probably the 'holiday mood'. I didn't even feel in the mood to go charity shopping on Saturday!'Never keep up with Joneses. Drag them down to your level. It's cheaper.' Quentin Crisp0
