My bank, Nat West have made me an offer after refusing to acknowledge my letters, I took them to money claim online court. They offered me a lower amount which I accepted, in a signed letter to the bank. But the judgement day is tomorrow.. time up.. but I have no idea how to go about telling the money claim online people that they have offered me a sum. The bank hasn't paid it yet. What do I do next? Can anyone help me please?

Wait until the bank has paid and you have the money. Then write to the court and tell them the claim has been settled to your satisfaction and the case can be closed.0 -
You can also phone the court, number at bottom of letters sent to you by them, and it can be dealt with over the phone, BUT WAIT until you have the money from the bank and then close action.0
