MP3 player

Options
I am using a MP3 player to learn a foreign language. This means constantly going backwards and forwards and pausing. My current MP3 player has too many operations all controlled by one button and its most confusing and I keep losing my place.
A CD player has a separate button for pause, stop, rewind forward, rewind back etc but I can't find a MP3 player with these separate buttons.
Does anyone out there know of a MP3 player (solid state) that has the CD players features of separate buttons?
Many thanks in anticipation.

    hi,
i've got a creative zen touch hard drive player which does have all the separate buttons you might want. you can get a good remote for it too, i think if you search round it somes free with the 20gb or if you have the 40gb i had to buy one from creative at £44 (!), so i'd hunt for the 20gb...

Thanks for your reply but I really want a solid-state one. These are those small ones with about 128 MB or more of memory and no moving parts.

oops sorry am still high as a kite from winning on the national! try play.com, just bought a 256mb player from there, which hangs handily round the neck, you might find what you want there.

Take a look at the iAudio range.

I have the M3 myself, which has a repeat button. So you can press a button to start a repeat section and press it again to stop the section, thus creating a small segment that repeats itself until you tell it to continue.
