I am brand new to all of this but am loving it so far. Myself, hubby and our 3 boys have just enjoyed our free break at Haggerston Castle, I've just received my cheque from the Halifax for £100 because I had overpaid when we changed mortgage lenders and I am cuurntly waiting for all the freebies I've sent for. The only problem is that this is addictive and my ironing is breeding away in the basket!!!:A :A

 Hello since I have been looking on here I have reclaimed £90 MEAF from Nationwide, had a free game of bowling at AMF & went with a friend when I told her about it, got numerous skincare & fragrance samples, a free chanel mascara, bought an england shirt for £4 with littlewoods codes, won 2 prizes in comps worth about £15 booked to see father xmas in harrods for free & had hours of entertainment great chat & advice. Still waiting on a tax rebate , but i'll probably be dead by the time the tax office gets back to me, but fingers crossed might get a few hundred.
I just love this site, money saving CAN be as addictive as money spending:TComping again - wins so far : 2 V festival tix, 2 NFL tix, 6 bottles of wine, personalised hand soap, Aussie miracle conditioner

It is a great site. I am now addicted to Freebies instead of spending - which can only be a good thing!!! This site has also broadened my horizons too and stopped me from stagnating. Just enjoyed a free weekend at the Renault racing at Donnington Park - something that I would have never ever done - didnt think I liked car racing. But watching it live was soooo exciting. I swap my tesco vouchers for restaurant vouchers and go to places I wouldnt have gone before - also had a free meal at the opening of the new Wagamma's in Leeds last year (for 4 of us - should have cost nearly £90) again, somewhere we would never have gone before. We go see free films (usually 2 per week) Over the last year I have seen some absolutely brilliant films that I would never have seen otherwise. Been to Alton Towers for free, got loads of Christmas Pressies for free. Stopped wasting money on shop bought sandwiches, Starbucks coffee etc. We are starting to feel "well off" now instead of skint all of the time. Its a much better feeling. Many thanks to all who contribute here.0

Hi there, I am a newbie & never posted before, so hope this is right! I love this site. Was told about it a week ago & have saved £100 on train ticket to London, £10 on Family railcard, just haggled my home & building contents down by £90 & earned loads of Tesco clubcard points - over £200 in one week - amazing! Thanks for all the great tips, as a mum of 3 girls I am always looking to 'bag a bargin'.0

Well I've been here for the last 2 years, and I have managed to save £860 the first year and £620 the year after. This year I think it's about the same, £600.
All by tweaking my expenses here and there and re-thinking my needs and wants.
:beer:Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0
