could I have an issue I wonder

For all those who reckon I don't have problems with my buyers- I may just have found one earlier this week. Apaprently my item is delightful and they are really happy with it but a tiny minor part of one component shows damage and they want to know how I am going to resolve this.
Strangely enough my scam radar has not gone off despite their feedback left for others suggesting they receive a great deal of items damaged and which they mention in feedback has been 'happily resolved by seller'. The part they mention could be damaged but it is very unlikely as I check my items before dispatch and it could not have been damaged in this way en route.
So I am following my own advice and have offered a) a full refund including return postage on safe return.
a replacement part without return (a very minor part of overall item and at virtually no cost to myself except postage) or C) a replacement agains only on safe return
Buyer has gone very quiet- should I be fearful of my stars and/or feedback I wonder?

I find that my gut feeling is usually right regarding buyers.
Right now i am filling out a lost claim form for an item I just know was not lost in post - and debating whether to leave follow up feedback to my original glowing feedback - I am just a little concerned about retaliation!0 -

This one hasn't even set off my scam radar despite their cryptic comments left for other sellers.....it's all very odd.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Whats a scam radar? Is it software I can download which will alert me to the possibility of scams? I'd like to have this installed if possible, could you let me know where to get it please? I don't fancy installing any hardware on the side of my house though, if this is necessary?
I'm not very computer savvy so sorry for all the questions!0 -

Sorry, it is a silly phrase I sometimes use to denote a 'feeling' that I sometimes get that something isn't right.
Basically although everything points to this buyer either being very unlucky with receiving so many damaged items- or else someone looking for partial refunds, it doesn't feel odd at all to me. Nothing is making me worry that I am being scammed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. A technical description of "Scam radar"Spidey sense.
Derived from the "Spidey sense" of the comic book superhero Spiderman, it is generally used to mean a vague but strong sense of something being wrong, dangerous, suspicious, a security situation.0 -
Sounds like my dodgy buyer a few weeks ago, wanting me to resolve by giving her a partial refund, from feedback she seemed to have a lot of problems and partial refunds. I ended up with a neutral-as i insisted on returning for a refund. She was only happy with keeping the item and half her money back.
Shame she is still getting away with it on what looks like a daily basis.0
