Can you still claim if you don't know what dates you were at the bank.

I have been with several banks over a number of years and would like to get the ball rolling with them all...

That should be fine ... as long as you have your account number and the dates you're claiming from and to. I didn't put the date my account was opened on the template, I adjusted it to take into account the above. The banks should easily be able to glean any info. as long as they have your account number and period of time you're claiming for.

I would have thought you can obtain the information for the last six years under the Freedom of Information Act. I suggest you phone each individual bank to ask them what the situation is, whether you will be able to obtain statements for the period you were banking with them, but you do not need to tell them why you are asking for this information, unless you want to.
