faulty sofa

Hi just wanted some advice please. I have got a sofa that is faulty after 10 months. I got it from a wowcher deal. So i paid wowcher the money using santander visa debit card.
I have tried to contact the sofa firm but they no longer exist. I contacted wowcher and they said nothing to do with them.
Just wondered if anyone could advise me what to do next. Thanks

Firstly, Santander won't be able to help because you used a debit card.

"The sofa firm no longer exists".
Is that the firm that you bought the thing from?
What about the manufacturers?
Is there any manufacturer's warranty?

Otherwise I fear you will probably have to pay for any repairs yourself.

Did you purchase the item from Wowcher or did you purchase a voucher from Wowcher which you subsequently used on a sofa?

Hi i purchased a voucher from wowcher that i then redeemed on cool-furniture. Tried their website but it doesnt exist anymore.

IMO Wowcher are not liable, you bought a voucher and they supplied a valid voucher. Try the manufacturer.

Hi thanks. There is nothing on the sofa to indicate manufacturer so thats a no go. Thanks anyway. Will just have to bin it.
