Ebay Item not as described - RoyalMail claim

I would fight your case as hard a you can to get your answers, Parcel Force are clearly avoiding you questions which to me says they have not investigated your case fully, but are just sending out "common reply's"
I have had a few items arrive damaged and even more "lost" each time I have my claim rejected0 -
Sounds really suspicious to me, as if someone dropped it, realised it was broken, then repackaged it themselves without saying anything to anyone!
I would pursue it and insist on answers, as something suspect has clearly gone on here, and someone is covering something up.
If the glass got broken, then fair enough it's H&S to remove it, but then the item would have been put in a separate bag to identify that it had been re-sealed due to damage.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

I would have though it would be common sense to remove broken glass for H&S reasons but apparently not. Their email reply says
"Unfortunately our Parcelforce staff will not handle goods that are seen as a health and safety risk in transit. We would be unable to remove the broken glass from the frame as this would be a health and safety risk."
So if they don't remove it, who did? and then re-packages?
Weird!0
