Letter from court!!
REQUEST FOR FURTHER INFO AND CLARIFICATION
Asking for :
1. account details
2.date of charge / amount / reason for charge
3.some other info about "is it the case that the claiment shouldnt have been charged etc etc"
I have been asked to provide this request by april26.
I have of course supplied detailed dates etc using the calc on this webpage which also includes the interest. I also sent copies of the statements with charges highlighted. All info is accurate.
Should i bother to reply? If i do, do i need to speak to the bank themselves directly?
I have a copy of the charges from bank statements i got sent and have provided the bank these. I dont have another copy of these and gonna cost me a few quid to get em all copied out again. (not to mention time and effort). Dont wanna send them my originals cos i dont trust them.
Any advice would be great thanks?

You need to provide the information requested. Give a copy to the defendant and a copy to the court. Rather than provided highlighted copies of statements, you should provide a list of the charges formatted with Charge name, date, amount and a total.
Send all of the information, even if you've sent it before. Do not ignore the request.0 -
Sounds good but they've also said i should say why the charges are unfair etc...
for e.g.
In relation to each charge please specify (a) is it the case that the claiment the same should not have been charged? (b) if yes, please explain why the claiment contents that the same should not have been charged? (c) if no; is it the case of the claiment that the same should not have been charged in this amount? (d)if yes; please explain why the claiment contends that the same should not have been charged in this amount and identify the sum the claiment contents should have been charged (e) if no; please statethe claiments case.
Errrr what?
Furthermore....
Please specify the clause(s) pursuant to which the charges were applied;
Please specify weather the charges applied were due to a breach of contract by the claiment
Please identifyin each case the particular breach of contract (by refernce to the appropriate item(s) of the contract) that the charge is related to.
in your claim you state your charges are "an unfair penalty under the unfair terms in consumer contracts regualtions 1999".
Please supply all of the facts relied on by the claiment in support of the contentions in paragraph 5 shown above and in particular please identify the contractual provision (s) that the claiment alleges are invalid by reference to the regulations.
Ok...so what , what and what?????????
So yeah i get that i can supply dates, costs reason for charges etc but as for the rest i feel dont know how to respond....
Any help on how to repsond would be great thanks...help help help....0
