Possibly a lot of people were checking out at once and the system couldn't update quickly enough. So if you and 40 others all clicked complete purchase in the same second it went through for all of you even though they only had one pair left.

the internet is really annoying could you imagine if you went to tesco and they sold 500 turkeys for 1p and you manged to get one in your basket and then went to the checkouts but they only had 1 staff member on who kept falling asleep or passing out , then finally just as you got close another staff member came along took it out your basket and passed it to someone else ... you would be fuming !!

Mine have been 'released for delivery' from the moment i ordered...but i got the same size and colour
