Same happened for me, they were in my basket, tried to pay then got told they were oos. Definitely think a complaint email is on the cards, i understand theres limited stock but surely they should have prepared their site for the amount of interest they knew they were going to get

They really should update their website. Still saying available, limited stock. And, it's not like the tecchys won't be online.

But 30 mins is too long, thats why amazon have it at 15 mins, and tbh, yeah its a special sale, but its a sale, do you expect them to do it everytime they reduced things on their site?

I doubt they had any idea how massive it was going to be and even the big websites like BOOTS still crash every sale x

Im sure most people aren't getting 'angry' about it, just venting on here because it is annoying! We'll all have a little moan then get on with our lives!

Amazons site is much better though so you only need 15 mins although obviously its a bigger company so probably better website! Of course I dont expect it everytime but this was a bit more of a special offer than the normal sale stuff! Anyway as I said people are just venting as it is annoying wasting half an hour, all be forgotten soon Im sure.
