How long from Filing claim to Court date?

I have asked this on longer threads but haven't had an answer as it's got caught up in all the other replies.
I just would like an idea of how long it is taking to get a court date at the moment. i.e if I file with MCOL tomorrow, when is the court date likely to be (roughly of course!) so that I can have some idea of when I might get a payment from stubborn, rude Barclays! (i.e. the day before the court date!)
Thanks very much!

Hi, from what I've read on other threads, it depends entirely on how busy your local court is and perhaps whether or not you have to fill in an Allocation Questionnaire (the courts are dispensing with these in many cases as they're so busy). Difficult to say therefore how long you'd be waiting (I'd like to know also!). I've read some posts where people are waiting for up to 3 months ...Wins since 2009 = £17,600MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS0
