Is quote for wooden shutters reasonable?

Hi
I am collecting quotes to get wooden shutters (aka plantation shutters/california shutters) installed in my bederoom. We have one 3 window bay, and 1 bay window with the following dimensions:
3 window bow window
Center piece: W110 H170
Left/Right windows: W64 H170
bow window
Center piece: W110 H170
All the quotes I have gotten (I have about 4 from various companies in London) are between 1400 - 1600 gbp. Is that a fair quote?

One would suggest its a market price if 4 quotes have come within £200 of each other
Could a joiner or furniture maker be used rather than specialist shutter companies?0
