Child Support - Travel Expenses
Comments

In my opinion you have a duty to your child to pay for her up keep (which you do) and it's brilliant that you want to see her and spend time with her but if you start trying to deduct money for her upkeep to pay for your travel expenses she will be the one missing out, how old is she? if she has hobbies and clubs she attends the money has to come from somewhere, on another note I'm sure you can do a csa calculator and see what you would be expected to pay and if its a lot less that what you are try to come to some agreement with your daughters mum, I hope I haven't come across cynical to you but my close friends had so much bother with her ex and csa him trying to claim travel expenses when he moved 15 miles down the road and claiming for new partners kids packed lunches! If you can afford it why rock the boat time with your daughter is priceless her mother could stop you seeing her how much would legal fees cost to reinstate visits I hope I've not been mean in my reply!0
