Need details of the Care Parking letter chain

We've seen Thomas Higgins letters before, and nothing comes of them.

If the parking company had such a cast iron case against you, why do they keep sending letters instead of actually issuing a claim?

That is a good point. I just panicked, I didn't think it would go on for this long I suppose. Here's hoping it's near the end now!

I just wanted to add a quick update in case anyone who's just started receiving letters or something finds this thread, so far I've had nothing since that last letter which said they would do something if we didn't pay them within seven days and it's been two and a half months.
