I wrote the designers name in the header and I know it's real, and because I listed the name it had to be removed. Are there any loop holes around this does anyone know? Thanks a lot

Depends if you want to risk them closing your account for relisting it again.

Just sell it elsewhere.

I tried listing a genuine Hugo Boss watch last year, and put the name in the title, but a warning message came up prior to completing the listing saying it would be flagged up as a possible fake.

Decided not to bother.

The warning message comes up with quite a lot of brands, but I've successfully listed Hugo Boss and even Burberry. I put in the listing that if the buyer is not convinced of its authenticity they can return it. I definitely wouldn't try relisting something that's already been pulled though.

That won't be why it was pulled. Did you break any other rules? Offer to sell it off eBay etc etc? Keyword spamming?
