The winner will be offered the opportunity to appear in an upcoming film produced by Gunslinger Films or any of its associated or group companies. The role, and the film in which the role features, will be entirely at the discretion of the producer. The producer retains entire control over script, direction, characterisation and all other aspects of the film’s production. By entering the competition, the subsequent winner agrees to use of his or her name and likeness by Revolver Entertainment and Gunslinger Films for publicity and news purposes, including in relation to the film Offender and the film in which the role features. In accepting the role, the winner agrees to assign to the producer the copyright and all other rights in his or her work and performance in and relating to the film, including the right to use his or her name and likeness in advertising and promoting the film. The benefit of this competition prize (ie the role itself) will be entirely subject to the winner’s execution of such documentation as is required by the producer. Where the winner is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian will be required to sign on his or her behalf. The winner will not be paid to appear in the role. At the producer’s discretion the winner will be paid reasonable expenses in relation to the role. In the unlikely event that Gunslinger Films does not make a suitable film, Revolver Entertainment will use its best endeavours to arrange a part for the Winner in a third party production.
