Preparing for Court

Can anyone help please? I have finally got a court date through to reclaim my charges (25th May2007), and the letter I have received from the court says "each party shall deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents (including experts' report) on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than 7 days before the hearing".

Could someone advise me what documentation, apart from the list of charges etc, would need to be submitted? Do I need to scour the web for similar cases that have been won and use those.

Sorry to sound a bit thick about this, but having never had anything to do with the court system, I just don't know what is expected of me

Thanks in Advance

Michelle
