Can I claim back storecard charges?

Hi everyone

As you can probably guess I'm a trainee debt adviser so desperately trying to get my finances in order so I can advise my client without being a hypocrite and also hopefully give them positive encouragement by learning from my own experiences. Anyhow, in the process of applying for my list of charges from the following:

1. Natwest current account
2. Natwest joint current account
3. Royal Bank of Scotland current account
4. Barclaycard Visa

Also have 2 storecards with GE Money, can I apply for my charges to be refunded by them as well?
