Hi
I Have a Beko washing machine that stopped filling with water, after looking on the net I ordered a new inlet valve and my husband fitted it tonight - still did not work! the pump comes on water goes though the pipe but inlet valve not opening. He then took the filter and drain pump off incase there was a blockage that may be causing some problems we emptied out loads of gunk put it back together and now when we switch it on it still does not fill and the drain pump is not working properly now the the pump did make the same thing to a few weeks ago but seemed to rectify itself so at the time I did not think there was an issue!
So i am right to think that the inlet valve was ok and perhaps it is the pump that is faulty and needs replacing?? would the pump have any thing to do with why the machine is not filling with water??
I really cant afford to call a reapir man and was hoping that if i just order a new pump it would fix it!
Any help would be much appreciated or should i just bite the bullet and call a repair man!
Many thanks Jules
