No e-mail addresses worked at all for me. Even my Apple one which I know is valid but have never used for anything at all. I've tweeted them about it and I'll update if I get an answer.

The solution is simple apparently. Register and log in!

We have checked in our system and you are a registered customer. Please make sure you are logged in first to your account before starting with the competition.
