Valid Visa cards include any Visa debit, credit or prepaid cards issued in the UK but exclude Visa corporate or commercial cards.

Reading the T&Cs personally I don't think you need to take the prize of hotel stay and dinner necessary in London.

14. Weekend hotel stays will be awarded as 100,000 Priority Club Reward points which can be redeemed against 2 nights at any IHG Hotel Brand around the world.

16. Winners will receive a dinner for two at one of the following participating restaurant chains: Strada, Caf! Rouge, Bella Italia, Davy's, Spaghetti House, Prezzo, Feng Sushi, Jamie’s Italian, Thai Square, Fire and Stone. (Additional restaurant chains may be included.)
