Student tuition fees help (illness related)

Hi guys, wondering if someone can help me here. I had my last year at uni discounted due to depression and anxiety and am now resitting the year.

I was informed that saas would pay my tuition fees this year as it was for a medical reason ad so sent them a note from my doctor, however I got a letter from them a few days ago saying that it was not sufficient and then yesterday I got a bill for my tuition fees from the uni.

There is no way I can pay it and I have exams coming up and its really stressing me out. I don't know if the doctor will give me another note saying that I am fit to go back and stuff for saas because I'm currently getting medical notes for my subject to get extensions and help with my work.

I'm so stressed out about it and just wondered if anyone has any advice about what to do? Thanks
