Claimfast letter

I had an accident (my fault) 5th March this year. The claim seemed to go through fine, and I admitted everything to Hastings my insurer.
Anyway I thought it was all settled, but today out the blue got this letter from a company called claimsfast. They said that my insurer had admitted liability, but had not settled in a reasonable time. Now they say that if they haven't received payment in 14 days they will take action against me!
What should I do, surely they should be pursuing my insurance company not me, should I be worried or is this just rubbish bully boy tactics.

If the people representing the other party can't get your insurers to deal promptly (which is not uncommon as most insurers are useless specimens with colossal backlogs) then they will issue court proceedings against you.
Phone your insurers and tell them to get their act together before you end up with a County Court claim on your doorstep.
When claims become litigated, the proceedings are always issued against the fault driver, not the actual insurer (except in rare circumstances)0 -
Pass it on to your insurer and they will deal with it. Technically action is taken against you but your insurance company covers all the costs. They're writing to you directly to try to force the issue/embarrass your insurer.0
